As part of the refund policy, the Organization and the consumers will be entitled with the below criteria's: 

  1. Customers can cancel/modify orders before 7:30 PM (for next day) thru subscription section. After 7:30PM System finalizes the order and any cancellations will be applied to next day automatically.

  2. In case of damaged or defective product, customers can request for replacement or refund by contacting at +91 98619 25184 or write to us [email protected]. In case of defective/damaged product, take a picture and share on WhatsApp with our Customer Relation Team before 2:00PM (Same day of delivery). Customers need to raise ticket in Mo bliss within 3 hours of delivery to avail a complete refund on product. Customers are required to return the damaged/defective product via delivery agent next day for product/packaging/other investigation.

  3. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to customers wallet.

  4. In case customer has not ordered a product and it gets delivered, customer can return it. Customer to open a ticket in Mo Bliss or contact CRM at +91 98619 25184 or write to us [email protected]. Please make sure that the product is not opened or used. Also, it is advisable to store the product in the fridge till our delivery executive picks it up.
